UNHCR has posted a video on Syrian refugees in Greece: The music teacher.

The agency explains there are more than 60,000 refugees and migrants – most from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan – living in refugee sites and other facilities across Greece. Some have been here for over a year. While they wait for their asylum applications to be reviewed, many are trying to build fuller lives in Greece.

Our musical spirit was the first thing that came back to life again”, says Mohamed, a Syrian refugee helping other Syrians find their rhythm back into a normal life in Skaramagas refugee site in Athens, Greece.
